Nina Van Anh Nguyen

Nina spent most of her life in Vietnam, where she completed her undergraduate degree of 5-years professional study at HaNoi School of Art & Design.

She has enjoyed working with a number of mediums but found her preferred style when introduced to Lacquer painting. She developed this skill, trained by professional lacquer masters in her homeland and began the process of building her portfolio of portraits of feminine Asian beauties.

She has gained experience working and traveling around Asia and Europe. Nina moved to Paris in 2007 before setting up home in Alsace two years later, where she continues to create lacquer works at her atelier. Nina will be showcasing her exquisite paintings in Basel.
